ATS-20AF-k Industrial Ionizing air blower is designed for solving the static problem of bad industrial environment . It’s a kind of high efficient, wide range of. Air cover, it can effectively reduce the aggregate production process such as cutting,bending, plastic components conveying and packaging process stubborn charge.

Working principle:
ATS-20AF-k Industrial Ionizing air blower Can produce a lot of air with positive and negative Ion, the electric charges on the object and fall, when the object surface is negatively charged, It will attract positive charge in the air, when the object surface is positively charged, it will attract negative charges in the air, so that the electrostatic on the surface of the object and, to eliminate the purpose of static electricity.

 
Maintenance:
Emission head cleaning, ion balance adjustment, in addition to static correction, to ensure the normal work of ion fan.
1.  Cleaning: clean emission point transmitter transmitter, sliding or rotating cleaning brush, until clean net      ion emission tip, at least once a week.
2.  The air inlet, outlet air cleaner: entrance and ionized air outlet should be clean to prevent the                     obstruction of airflow, can use soft brush to clean or compressed air cleaner.

3.  Ion balance test: eliminate the time by measuring the electrostatic electrostatic analyzer
4.  Electrostatic elimination time test: eliminate the time by measuring the static electrostatic analyzer
5.  Ion fan, output design for ion amount is balanced, fixed. As may be affected by the voltage fluctuation,      ambient air humidity and other factors will form the residual voltage offset ion balance. Offset                    standards: 0V ± 10V. If the static elimination time and residual voltage has a large deviation, should be      sent to the factory for alignment.

 
Governor Use Instructions

  1.  Single phase voltage regulator: A, X terminal for input, a, x terminal for the output .
  2.  If the regulator is newly installed or not used for a long time, the regulator need to use 500V  Meg-ohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of coil to ground before running. And it  is safe to use only when the resistance not be lower than 5 meg-ohm, otherwise it should be  subjected to heat and drying treatment. After drying, should check whether the fastener  loosed. If loose, it should be tightened.
  3.  Before use, the power supply voltage and the negative charge current must be identified. It  should in accordance with the provisions of the regulator.
  4.  When in use, the pointer on the knob should be adjusted to the 0, then the load terminal  need to be connected to the output. Last connect to the good grounding wire to ensure  safety.
  5.  Connect the appropriate power supply to the input terminal, and then slowly adjust the knob,  to make the output voltage achieve the required value.
  6.  In order to avoid damage brush or contact parts flame out and winding burn, need to adjust  the speed of a circle by the button, one circle should not be less than 5 seconds.
  7.  After finish the work, if not uses soon later, be sure the pointer and the knob is in 0, and cut  off the power supply.
  8.  The contact surface of winding and brush should be kept clean. If any black spot, can wipe  with cotton yarn dipped in alcohol (90%), until the spot be cleaned away.
  9.  The wire and wire terminal of power supply to the regulator, regulator to the load should be  good connected. And can adjust the current through the regulator.
  10.  When moving regulator, should use handle the whole regulator to lift and move, not to  handle the knob.
  11.  Do not allow water droplets or oil fall into the internal of regulator, and should clean the dust  inside the power regularly.
  12.  Should be well ventilated to prevent overheating.

 
The external connection is corresponding to as follows:
 
1. red wire(red) —— A (Input)
2. blue wire (blue) —— X or x (Zero), because X and x were connected inside each other
3. black wire (black)—— a (Output)
4. yellow wire (yellow) ——Ground Connection
